Zoho Automation Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Zoho Automation Engineer to design and build automated digital workflows across the organization. This remote position will involve creating custom solutions within the Zoho One suite to enhance efficiency and support operational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Zoho CRM, Desk, Books, and Projects.
• Write Deluge scripts to automate complex business logic and data processing.
• Build and maintain integrations between Zoho and third‑party applications using APIs and Webhooks.
• Optimize system architecture for data integrity, user experience, and reporting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert support to internal stakeholders.
• Audit existing workflows and identify opportunities for further automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or Automation Engineer.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical execution and business needs.

Required skills

• Zoho One ecosystem (CRM, Desk, Books, Projects).
• Deluge scripting and relational database knowledge.
• REST API integration and Webhook implementation.
• Zoho Creator development.
• Front‑end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with middleware platforms such as Zapier or Make.
