Marketing Manager – 4‑Month Maternity Cover (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Marketing Manager to cover a 4‑month maternity leave. The role is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to lead end‑to‑end marketing projects for fast‑growing D2C e‑commerce brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute data‑driven marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Conduct customer research and market analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels while ensuring brand consistency.
• Design, launch, and optimise landing pages and website elements, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (design, development, product) by creating clear briefs and tracking project progress.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine acquisition and retention tactics.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to accelerate testing and creative production.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑stack marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or D2C environments.
• Ability to move quickly from idea generation to execution and optimisation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into actionable plans.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote setting and collaborating with distributed teams.
