Podcast Producer & Partner Success Manager

About the role

We’re looking for a Podcast Producer & Partner Success Manager who will own both client relationships and the creative production process for assigned podcast accounts. You’ll serve as the main point of contact while ensuring deliverables are strategically aligned, creatively strong, and high‑quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client accounts and maintain strong, long‑term relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, feedback, approvals, and updates.
• Translate client goals into clear direction for the production team and proactively manage timelines and expectations.
• Develop creative briefs and concepts for artwork, trailers, intros, short clips and other assets.
• Identify the strongest moments from episodes and turn them into dynamic intros and social clips.
• Review creative assets, provide actionable feedback, and monitor content performance to inform future decisions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of podcast, video, and social media content.
• Excellent creative judgment and attention to detail.
• Strong client communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to give clear, direct, and actionable feedback.
• Highly organized with strong project‑management abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and collaborating with creative teams.
• Strong sense of ownership and consistently high standards.
