Spa Service Expert (Spa Therapist)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and proactive Spa Service Expert to join our hotel’s spa team in Skopje. The role involves delivering a memorable spa experience for guests, promoting services and retail, handling reservations and payments, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, answer questions about treatments and retail products.
• Promote spa services, schedule appointments and manage the reservation system.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the spa area.
• Assist guests with any special requests and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior spa experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 25 lb with assistance.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency for using reservation software.
• Cash handling and payment processing.
