Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing cybersecurity compliance company as a Junior Sales Development Representative. You will turn market urgency into qualified sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound outreach (100+ calls per day) to pre‑qualified prospects.
• Engage prospects via phone and email, assess their compliance needs, and qualify interest.
• Secure discovery appointments and hand them off to Account Executives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline using demand‑generation and prospecting platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to share insights and improve pipeline quality.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role.
• Strong enthusiasm for results‑driven selling and self‑motivation.
• Excellent organization, follow‑up discipline, and communication skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at various levels.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform (preferred).
