Regional Supervisor

About the role

Join Philip Morris International in Ohrid as a Regional Supervisor, driving sales growth and market share for a smoke‑free future. You will lead B2B and B2C teams, manage investments, and ensure compliance across the territory.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse sell‑in volumes, set monthly targets and communicate performance to stakeholders.
• Allocate retail investments, oversee contractual compliance and optimise ROI.
• Lead and motivate B2B/B2C teams, build retailer relationships and implement commercial strategies.
• Plan and execute territory plans, manage trade and consumer engagement budgets.
• Develop people through recruitment, training and performance management while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of field sales, B2B relations and consumer engagement experience.
• At least 2 years of team‑leadership experience.
• Experience in FMCG sales across multiple channels (B2C, KA, GT, HoReCa).
• Proficiency in English and the local language, valid driving licence with 2 years driving experience.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office skills.
• Valid driving licence.
