Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations and Sales Enablement Specialist to drive B2B growth through efficient campaign orchestration, automation, and lead generation. You will work across global media and marketing brands, shaping smarter workflows and amplifying revenue opportunities while remaining based in North Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day marketing operations for assigned sectors and brands, coordinating campaign production, timelines, execution, and delivery.
• Maintain operational processes, SOPs, workflow documentation, and identify automation opportunities.
• Coordinate creative requests for sector‑specific sales and marketing assets, ensuring brand consistency, quality control, and version control.
• Organise and maintain shared resource libraries for internal teams and asset links.
• Maintain sales presentations, product templates, and supporting resources; support internal communications, training, and distribution of sales materials.
• Execute sector‑ and brand‑specific lead generation tactics, implement campaign playbooks, and coordinate campaign launches and optimisation.
• Produce, schedule, test, and deploy multichannel marketing campaigns, including email marketing and automated customer journeys.
• Develop, maintain, and optimise nurture campaigns while monitoring performance and recommending improvements.
• Maintain marketing systems that support campaign execution, monitor metrics, prepare performance reports, and analyse data for operational enhancements.
• Collaborate with Executive Directors, Sales, Audience Experience Group, Audience Development, Design, Development, Editorial, and Production teams.
