Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Manager to own and grow our Google Ads campaigns, driving qualified enquiries for our care‑provider clients. The role combines paid search management with broader marketing activities such as email, social media and the development of a new service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Personally manage Google Ads accounts – structure, keywords, bids, budgets and negative keywords.
• Design, test and optimise acquisition plans to balance lead volume, cost‑per‑lead and customer‑acquisition cost.
• Maintain conversion tracking via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and coordinate landing‑page optimisation.
• Produce weekly performance reports, recommend budget adjustments and highlight risks.
• Create branded graphics in Canva, build email campaigns in Brevo and schedule social content.
• Contribute to the design and pilot of “Astoria Launch”, a marketing support service for newly registered providers.

Required profile

• Proven track record of managing Google Search campaigns that generate qualified leads for service‑based businesses.
• Strong analytical ability to connect ad performance with lead quality, sales conversion and acquisition cost.
• Experience working independently in a part‑time, remote‑friendly environment.
