Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing SaaS company that provides a property management system for hotels. This full‑time remote position focuses on hunting new prospects, nurturing leads and closing deals to prove product‑market fit.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source potential hotel clients and new business opportunities.
• Engage prospects, understand their needs and present the value of the property management solution.
• Manage the sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation to closing.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar hunting role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.
• Loyal, honest, proactive and adaptable.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software (preferred).
