Systems Engineer – Business Systems

About the role

RLDatix is seeking a Skopje‑based Systems Engineer to join its Business Systems team. You will optimise and administer corporate systems to improve operational efficiency and user experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify recurring inefficiencies within business system workflows, implement enhancements and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot moderate‑scope technical system issues, diagnose root causes and apply timely resolutions, escalating complex challenges as needed.
• Research market trends and emerging technologies to evaluate solutions that align with organisational requirements.
• Perform system administration and technical support activities, monitor performance and user adoption metrics to ensure productive environments.
• Execute operational deployment tasks for system rollouts, following change‑management procedures and providing user training and documentation.
• Conduct compliance checks within system administration to ensure data‑protection and regulatory standards are met.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of T‑SQL, relational theory, OLAP, linked servers, ODBC connections and Microsoft SQL Server deployment and maintenance.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, hosted cloud VMs, backup/restore, high availability, Azure AD, Enterprise Apps and Bastion.
• In‑depth ability to develop dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar, and experience with integration tools such as Boomi.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python and API management tools like Postman; familiarity with WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL, SharePoint and C# is a plus.
• Proven success analysing business processes and implementing improved workflows across corporate systems.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance practices for system administration and data protection.
