Account Executive – QuickBooks Expertise (Remote Contract)

About the role

Huzzle is seeking a seasoned Account Executive with deep QuickBooks expertise to design and evaluate high‑difficulty sales scenarios for cutting‑edge AI models. This is a remote, short‑term contract lasting two weeks, requiring full‑time commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic, high‑difficulty sales prompts based on real‑world scenarios faced by sales managers, customers, or business owners.
• Develop complex tasks such as tiered pricing quotes, commission calculations, and conversion of QuickBooks sales exports into pipeline and forecast reports.
• Run prompts against frontier AI models and perform manager‑level reviews of outputs, identifying errors in logic, math, or tone.
• Author objective scoring rubrics for each task to enable consistent grading by other reviewers.
• Produce deliverables like spreadsheets, proposals, and email sequences that serve as “Gold Standard” examples for the AI.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or sales operations with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop) for estimates, invoicing, customer records, and sales reporting.
• Precise attention to detail, excellent written English, and strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to commit 40 hours per week for a high‑intensity two‑week engagement.
