Account Manager

About the role

Slice is looking for a senior Account Manager to lead a team of key account managers and oversee a portfolio of independent pizzeria partners. You will ensure partners receive proactive, solutions‑oriented support and drive retention and growth across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of key account managers, fostering best practices and a positive mindset.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, handling escalations, cancellations and customer complaints.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to apply the shop success checklist for all key accounts.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into strategies that improve retention and revenue.
• Serve as the trusted point of contact for partners, providing world‑class solutions and guidance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience managing enterprise‑level B2B or marketplace clients, preferably in restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven track record of individual performance and ability to grow and retain high‑value accounts.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets and drive actionable improvements.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
