AI Instructor (Remote Freelance)

About the role

TeamLift is looking for remote freelance AI Instructors to deliver 1:1 live training sessions to non‑technical employees. You will guide learners through pre‑prepared materials, helping them apply AI tools to real‑world workflows and build practical automation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live 1:1 AI training sessions via Google Meet using TeamLift’s curriculum.
• Assist participants in applying AI tools such as Claude, Make.com, Zapier, Power Automate, and ChatGPT to their work scenarios.
• Answer questions, troubleshoot issues in real time, and adapt explanations to each learner’s skill level.
• Provide feedback to the TeamLift team to continuously improve the training program.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI and workflow automation tools.
• Previous teaching, training or mentoring experience (e.g., teaching assistant, corporate trainer).
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities in live settings.
• Patient, structured, and outcomes‑focused instructional approach.

• ChatGPT or similar large language model platforms.
