Application Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide professional support to users of our software applications, ensuring that user requests and application‑related issues are properly understood, documented, resolved, or escalated to the appropriate teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist users with software application‑related requests, providing solutions, instructions, or workarounds.
• Analyze, investigate, and reproduce reported application issues, documenting them clearly for technical teams.
• Escalate unresolved issues to development, QA, or other relevant teams and follow up until resolution while keeping users informed.
• Maintain application‑related documentation, FAQs, and support procedures.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving application support processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Information Technologies, Economics, E‑Business, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer support, application support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a basic understanding of software applications and IT concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical users.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Customer‑oriented, responsible, willing to learn, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
