Associate Business Systems Analyst – Skopje

About the role

We are looking for a Skopje‑based Business Systems Analyst to support, optimise and continuously improve our global financial systems landscape. The role will administer SAP Analytics Cloud, support financial reporting and planning, manage system enhancements and integrations, and partner with Finance and Technology teams to drive efficient, compliant processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise SAP Analytics Cloud to ensure reliable financial planning, reporting and consolidation.
• Gather, analyse and document reporting and business requirements from Finance Business Partners.
• Manage data flows and integrations across SAP Analytics Cloud, NetSuite, Salesforce and related SQL databases.
• Provide routine and emergency support for system availability and performance.
• Plan and execute system enhancements, upgrades and configuration changes.
• Assist with M&A integration activities to onboard acquired entities.
• Support UAT, readiness assessments and validation of system changes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, process maps, training materials and user guides.

Required profile

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with financial consolidation, planning or reporting platforms, including system administration or support.
• Strong business analysis ability to translate requirements into system solutions.
• Understanding of FP&A processes, internal controls and financial governance.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• SAP Analytics Cloud administration.
• Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and planning processes.
