Business Development Manager – Inside Sales (Eastern Europe, APAC, ROW)

About the role

We are expanding globally and need an Inside Sales Executive (Business Development Manager) to strengthen our brand across Eastern Europe, APAC and the rest of the world. Based in Skopje, you will be the first point of contact for prospects and partners, driving growth through relationship building and solution selling.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, supervise and develop a network of regional sales partners.
• Onboard new partners and coordinate product training within the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
• Maintain daily communication with prospects via phone and email, handling leads, inquiries and tailored offers.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships, driving cross‑sell, up‑sell and product adoption.
• Manage escalations, ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
• Create accurate sales forecasts and define strategies to meet targets.
• Collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing and Product teams.
• Keep the CRM system up‑to‑date with partner and lead information.

Required profile

• 2+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships over the phone with strong negotiation skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and pursue quarterly sales goals.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM applications, preferably Salesforce.
