Case Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Case Administrator to join a fast‑growing UK mortgage and financial services business. Based in our Kisela Voda office, you will support a specialist broker team by ensuring mortgage cases move smoothly from application to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential, Buy‑to‑Let and specialist mortgage cases throughout the entire process.
• Collect, review and package client documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, valuers, insurers, clients and internal teams to keep cases progressing.
• Maintain CRM systems, case notes and documentation up to date.
• Monitor the case pipeline, follow up on outstanding actions and flag potential issues early.
• Provide administrative support to specialist brokers so they can focus on client advice.

Required profile

• Experience in a regulated industry such as banking or financial services is highly desirable.
• Previous administration, customer‑service or sales‑support experience.
• Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems and digital tools.
