Client Onboarding Specialist (German)

About the role

Jupiter is looking for a fluent German speaker to act as Client Onboarding Specialist. You will make outbound calls and send messages to German-speaking users to engage and reactivate them on the client's platform, and support users through the onboarding process. The role is hybrid or remote, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and candidates must live in Macedonia.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails, texts and messages to German-speaking users.
• Provide timely support to users during the onboarding process.
• Be friendly, speak clearly and professionally.
• Record call outcomes and feedback in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and standards.
• Manage time effectively and organise daily tasks.
• Report and communicate results to management clearly.

Required profile

• C2 level German, both spoken and written.
• Fluent English; applicants who are not fluent in both languages should not apply.
• Previous experience in a sales or appointment-setting role.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and professionalism in all customer interactions.
