Customer Support Specialist (Late Hours, Weekend Rotation)

About the role

Jupiter BPO is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join its growing team in Bitola. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries and issues professionally and with care. The role suits people who enjoy fast-paced environments and want to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries by phone, email, chat or social media.
• Give accurate information on products, services, promotions and policies.
• Investigate and resolve complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Work with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic setting, with attention to detail in data entry and reporting.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
• Must be based in Bitola.

Working hours

Training: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. After training: 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, which may include weekends, with two days off during the week.
