Conference Producer

About the role

TBM Group is a leading European event management company that organises high‑level B2B conferences and summits. We are looking for a skilled Conference Producer to join our Skopje office and drive the full lifecycle of our conferences.

Key responsibilities

• Research and analyse the feasibility of event topics and turn them into commercially viable conferences.
• Develop conference programmes in collaboration with industry experts.
• Identify and attract relevant speakers, maintaining communication throughout the production cycle.
• Work closely with sales, marketing and sponsorship teams to deliver high‑quality events and maximise revenue.
• Manage on‑site operations, coordinating speakers, sponsors and delegates for a smooth experience.
• Produce post‑conference content and market reports.
• Oversee the full production cycle, ensuring milestones, deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to spot new opportunities and improve existing concepts.
• Evaluate conference performance and delegate feedback to implement improvements for future editions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in event management, coordination or a related field.
• Completed higher education; a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related area is a plus.
• Strong internet research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in content writing is preferred.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
