About the role

Join Slice as a Customer Experience Representative and be the voice that connects our restaurant partners with their digitally‑savvy customers. You will handle inbound calls, process orders, and ensure accurate, timely transmission of orders to our partners while striving to exceed performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional support.
• Accurately capture and transmit order details using internal systems.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Meet or surpass daily and weekly performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes.

Required profile

• Positive, upbeat attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
