Customer Support Representative

About the role

Slice is expanding its Customer Support team to help independent restaurants manage orders, admin and marketing. As a Customer Support Representative you will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing world‑class assistance to customers and partner pizzerias.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of customer and pizzeria calls, focusing on timely and effective support.
• Respond to and create email communications using provided templates.
• Provide accurate Slice information and address customer questions and complaints.
• Decide when orders should be refunded or when to issue promo codes.
• Participate in side projects as requested by the team.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written English (minimum B2 level).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to solve problems.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain high product knowledge and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication skills and a friendly, energetic mindset.
