Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail‑oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role ensures timely and accurate entry of load orders into our system, supports dispatch operations, and delivers high‑standard customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately entering load information into the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Providing timely and effective support to the Operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and customers, maintaining clear and professional communication.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries with accurate and relevant information.
• Communicating important updates such as appointment changes, cancellations, and delays to all relevant parties.

Required profile

• Proficient in English (verbal and written).
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Educational background in Engineering, Administration, or Finance is a plus.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced office environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (intermediate proficiency).
• Transportation Management System (TMS) usage.
