German-Speaking Digital Sales Specialist

About the role

As a German‑Speaking Digital Sales Specialist you will help existing B2B customers across German‑speaking markets adopt innovative digital and IoT‑enabled services that boost operational efficiency, safety and sustainability. You will act as the frontline ambassador for the 2‑1 digital services program, converting interest into signed contracts and service activations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute structured outbound conversion activities for existing service customers.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital, IoT and hybrid service initiatives.
• Communicate the 2‑1 value proposition, highlighting reduced physical visits, improved safety and better technician utilization.
• Convert interest into contract amendments, digital service activations or scheduled follow‑up meetings.
• Document interactions, conversion status and next steps accurately in CRM and tracking systems.
• Hand over successful conversions to the Business Unit Service Operations team.
• Provide feedback on customer objections and adoption barriers to improve sales playbooks.

Required profile

• Native‑level German language proficiency.
• 1‑5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial services, energy, HVAC, elevators, building automation or digital services.
• Proven ability to follow scripted sales processes and maintain professional, consistent customer interactions.
