Graphic Designer – Creative Role in Bitola

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Graphic Designer to join our team in Bitola. You will turn ideas into compelling visual assets for digital marketing, presentations, and internal communications. This role offers a collaborative environment where creativity and attention to detail are valued.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content for email campaigns and social media.
• Design email marketing layouts and visuals following best practices.
• Apply solid principles of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Handle multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.

Required profile

• Completed education in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and proficiency with Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with admin panels for content management.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency with organizational tools such as Trello and Slack.
• Team‑oriented with good collaboration and communication skills.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
