Junior Graphic Designer – Creative Role in Bitola

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Bitola, North Macedonia. The role focuses on creating visual assets for digital marketing, presentations, and internal communications while collaborating closely with the marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns, presentations, and internal content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop email campaign and social media assets.
• Design email marketing layouts and visuals following best practices.
• Apply solid principles of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Handle multiple design tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency.

Required profile

• Completed education in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Team‑oriented with good collaboration and communication skills.
