Human Resources Specialist – North Macedonia

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to manage end‑to‑end HR operations for LC Waikiki in North Macedonia, covering both corporate headquarters and store recruitment. The role will support talent attraction, people development and ensure compliance with corporate and local practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment activities for headquarters and stores, including job postings, screening, interviews, reference checks and onboarding.
• Maintain legal and procedural compliance throughout hiring processes.
• Support local implementation of store promotion programs and talent pipelines.
• Manage candidate communication in line with corporate standards.
• Monitor probation periods and collect feedback via surveys.
• Conduct exit interviews and share insights with the International Recruitment Department.
• Coordinate training and development activities such as orientation, functional and leadership trainings.
• Utilize HR systems effectively, particularly recruitment and exit modules.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written & verbal) and Albanian (written & verbal).
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with competency‑based interviews.
• Knowledge of country labour law and MS Office.
• Experience with e‑learning, AI or similar tools is a plus.
