Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Luxolis is an AI, robotics and computer vision technology company expanding its global team. It is looking for a proactive, results-driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing and screening to hiring and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
• Serve engineering, AI, robotics, semiconductor, manufacturing, marketing and business operations roles, and build recruitment strategies across markets.
• Sourcing: use LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, universities and employee referrals; reach out to passive candidates; build a candidate database; partner with universities and recruitment agencies.
• Operations: prepare and publish job descriptions, schedule interviews, keep recruitment records and hiring reports, help with offers and onboarding documents, and ensure compliance with employment regulations.
• Employer branding: promote Luxolis as an employer, run recruitment marketing on LinkedIn, and improve the candidate experience.
• Reporting: track KPIs such as time-to-hire and interview conversion, update hiring pipelines, identify bottlenecks and support workforce planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related field.
• 3+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition or HR experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills, able to handle several open positions at once.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and own recruitment targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in LinkedIn, online job boards and candidate sourcing.
• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar tools.
• Preferred: experience with technology companies, ATS or recruitment CRM platforms, international recruitment and remote hiring, and offer negotiation.
