Junior Accountant – Skopje

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The role involves daily posting of bank statements, purchase invoices and various administrative tasks while supporting our shared service centre in Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Post daily bank statements in the financial system.
• Accurately post purchase and sales invoices.
• Assist with general administration, document management and communication with the Belgium servicing company.
• Maintain contact with factoring partners, upload invoices to factoring platforms and monitor financing limits.
• Reconcile factoring records with company accounting and flag differences.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Work independently in a remote/hybrid environment and adapt to new software applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a General Ledger role.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Microsoft Dynamics NAV (ERP system).

• Microsoft Word.
• Zoom and Microsoft Teams for online meetings.
