Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who speaks German at a C1 level to join our team. In this role you will proactively source, assess and select candidates who are likely to thrive in long‑term positions within our call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and identify potential candidates from a large pool of applications.
• Quickly evaluate applications to pinpoint the best‑fit candidates for each vacancy.
• Assess candidates for discipline, personal responsibility and a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Conduct targeted questioning to determine suitability for call‑center roles.

Required profile

• Excellent command of German (C1 level).
• Experience evaluating applicants, preferably supported by training or a degree in psychology.
• Strong ability to identify suitable candidates for the call‑center industry.
• Good knowledge of the labor market concerning call‑center profiles.
