Logistics Coordinator – Air & Ocean Freight

About the role

We are expanding our Skopje team and need a Logistics Coordinator to manage air and ocean freight shipments. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, customs brokers and carriers, overseeing shipments from quotation through delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue freight quotes for clients and agents.
• Coordinate daily shipments with vendors, carriers and customs brokers.
• Maintain regular communication with clients on shipment status.
• Monitor and enforce SOPs for each client or agent.
• Stay updated on market rates, shipping conditions and regulatory changes.
• Manage customer accounts, monitor credit limits and ensure accurate documentation.
• Support FMC filing, reporting and compliance with government and customs regulations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Meet individual KPIs while handling a balanced workload.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in export operations or freight forwarding.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Professional, friendly communication style and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with freight forwarding software such as CargoWise 1, SAP or AS400.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with basic database tools.
