Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organized and responsible Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to manage the flow of goods across our distribution network. This role blends systematic organization with hands‑on warehouse activities, ensuring smooth order processing and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Track orders and shipments from distributors.
• Receive daily deliveries and allocate goods to appropriate storage locations.
• Operate Pantheon ERP and Magento platforms for order and inventory management.
• Maintain stock organization across multiple warehouse sites.
• Coordinate internal transport and movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams and distributors.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or exceptions in inventory.
• Perform occasional picking, packing, and outbound transport of products.

Required profile

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with computer and IT equipment.

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware components (processors, RAM, SSD, graphics cards, laptops, monitors)
