Mechanical Tool Maker – Injection Molding Specialist

About the role

Gerresheimer seeks a Mechanical Tool Maker to maintain and repair injection molding tools in its Skopje production facility. You will work independently on tool complaints, ensuring high‑quality output for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Disassemble, repair, and re‑assemble injection molds according to internal specifications.
• Perform manual bench work such as spotting, measuring, and registering dimensional changes.
• Inspect machines, diagnose faults, replace wear parts and consumables, and test repaired tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment while following company safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or tool repair within a manufacturing setting.
• Secondary school degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Maintenance.
• Fluent in Macedonian and English; German is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively in an international environment, and travel if required.
