MP&L Manager

About the role

As Lear expands its operations in Skopje, we are looking for an MP&L Manager to lead central material planning and logistics. The role ensures strategic material planning aligns with production needs and drives supply chain performance across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a central material planning team supporting MP&L innovation, strategy, and vision.
• Introduce and implement internal strategic material systems and procedures to meet customer requirements.
• Analyze customer schedules to identify demand and potential constraints.
• Coordinate material supply into the plant to support manufacturing builds.
• Oversee storage and supply of materials within the plant, maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Manage risk, escalations, and ERP/MRP parameter maintenance.
• Develop, monitor, and act on KPIs and stock accuracy in the ERP system.
• Drive seamless product launches with no material‑related disruptions.
• Facilitate engineering change timing to ensure traceability and minimize stock loss.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, HR, Finance and suppliers to ensure effective service.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in material planning, supply chain, logistics or production planning in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing end‑to‑end material planning and inventory processes.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, inventory control, demand planning and supplier management.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
