Outbound Sales Manager

About the role

Native Teams is seeking an Outbound Sales Manager to drive full‑cycle sales for its global work‑payment platform. Working remotely, you will build and manage your own prospect pipeline, engage senior stakeholders across HR, finance and operations, and guide them from discovery to contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Generate a healthy outbound pipeline across defined ICPs and territories through self‑sourced outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, referrals).
• Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring plans, compliance needs, payroll requirements and operational challenges.
• Present Native Teams’ services (EOR, Contractor of Record, Contractor Payments, Mobility, Entity Support) and tailor value propositions to stakeholder priorities.
• Prepare pricing scenarios, proposals and commercial recommendations, demonstrating ROI and competitive differentiation.
• Lead negotiations with procurement, legal and finance stakeholders, handling objections and multi‑stakeholder alignment.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly quota targets driven entirely by self‑generated pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecast revenue, and track KPIs such as pipeline velocity and close rates.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing the full outbound sales cycle, from prospecting to contract handover.
• Ability to engage C‑level and functional stakeholders across HR, finance, legal and operations.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a remote, self‑directed environment.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
