People & Organization Intern

About the role

Join Gerresheimer's People & Organization team in Skopje and gain hands‑on experience in HR within an international manufacturing environment. This internship offers a practical introduction to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR activities and administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruitment: prepare job ads, review applications, coordinate interviews.
• Help with onboarding and employee welcome initiatives.
• Prepare HR documents, presentations, reports and internal communications.
• Contribute to employee engagement events and employer branding.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in ongoing HR projects and implementation of People & Organization initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Genuine interest in HR, proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
