Pharmacovigilance Coordinator – Benefit Risk

About the role

ProPharma is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Coordinator focused on Benefit Risk to support literature screening and operational activities across its client portfolio. This remote position offers an early‑career professional the chance to work closely with PV Safety Scientists and gain hands‑on experience in a global, multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day operational support for benefit‑risk activities on assigned projects.
• Enter and maintain project data in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with local literature screening and related documentation.
• Support training of affiliate personnel on pharmacovigilance responsibilities.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes and action items.
• Manage filing, archiving, and document‑control processes.
• Assist with audit and inspection preparation, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or a related health discipline.
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance concepts and processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.
