Procurement Specialist

About the role

Join a global financial services organization as a Procurement Specialist, driving strategic sourcing, spend analytics and supplier performance across multiple regions. You will work remotely, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure cost‑effective and compliant procurement operations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end sourcing for goods and services, conduct RFPs, competitive bids and quotation analyses.
• Analyze spend patterns, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support pricing negotiations.
• Maintain procurement records, contracts and supplier data while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders and invoice queries to guarantee timely delivery and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing or supply‑chain roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to analyse procurement datasets.
• Experience managing suppliers in a fast‑paced, multi‑region environment.
