Regional Electric Vehicle Support Technician (Western Balkans)

About the role

U Power is seeking a Regional Electric Vehicle Support Technician to provide technical assistance and after‑sales service for its electric vans across the Western Balkans. The position is remote, with at least 30 % travel, including visits to regional dealers and occasional international trips.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with headquarters to receive and relay technical updates.
• Deliver on‑site and remote technical support to customers and dealers.
• Assist in monitoring vehicle delivery quality and provide feedback to HQ.
• Investigate customer complaints, identify root causes and implement emergency solutions.
• Support emergency repairs and help dealers establish and optimise service processes.
• Handle technical claims and assess their validity.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and at least one local language of the Western Balkans (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Albanian, Macedonian).
• Experience in operation management, workshop utilisation, parts inventory and customer satisfaction within the automotive or related sector.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including international trips.
