Remote Recruiter for International Talent Solutions

About the role

Ottomate is expanding its recruiting team and seeks a proactive Recruiter to support sourcing, candidate engagement, and full‑cycle recruiting for U.S.-based clients. The role is fully remote and works on PST or Central Time schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct outreach, initial screening interviews and coordinate interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and manage candidate pipelines across multiple positions.
• Support recruiters and team leads in meeting hiring KPIs and goals.

Required profile

• Advanced English (minimum C1).
• At least 1 year of recruiting or sourcing experience for U.S. clients, preferably from North Macedonia.
• Strong communication, organization and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Full‑time availability aligned with PST or Central Time.

Required skills

• LinkedIn (including LinkedIn Recruiter) for candidate search.
• Experience with ATS platforms for tracking and pipeline management.
