Revenue & Cost Controller – Business Intelligence

About the role

EXANTE’s Business Intelligence team is looking for a Cost & Revenue Controller to own the end‑to‑end process of collecting, booking, reconciling and validating cost and revenue data from external counterparties. The role bridges Finance, Business Intelligence and Technology to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full data flow from raw counterparty statements to final booking in the General Ledger.
• Reconcile counterparty statements with internal data, identify discrepancies and drive their resolution.
• Develop automated reconciliation and validation controls and monitor data‑quality KPIs.
• Translate financial and business requirements into technical specifications and oversee implementation.
• Manage financial data‑quality incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of reconciliation principles, financial controls and accounting.
• Experience working with General Ledger and detailed financial data.
• Analytical mindset with ability to investigate complex discrepancies.
• Attention to detail and focus on data quality.
• Ability to work independently and see problems through to resolution.
