Sales & Marketing Representative – North Macedonia

About the role

VAS Group, an international travel and tourism destination management company, is seeking an ambitious Sales & Marketing Representative to develop its presence in North Macedonia. You will promote travel packages, acquire new partners and support the company’s growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell VAS Group’s travel packages and services.
• Identify and develop new clients, travel agencies and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term client relationships.
• Implement local sales and marketing strategies.
• Represent VAS Group at meetings, trade fairs and industry events.
• Monitor market opportunities and report results to management.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the travel & tourism industry.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ambitious, energetic and target‑oriented.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Category B driving licence is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
