Sales representative - Conference Tickets

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team in Skopje. No prior sales experience is required as we provide paid training and full support to help you succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Start conversations and build relationships with prospects.
• Understand client needs and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Work closely with the sales team to turn opportunities into clients.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and outgoing personality.
• Motivation to learn and grow in sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, proactive, and goal‑oriented mindset.
• No previous sales experience required.
