SDR – Client Meeting Booking

About the role

Hypergen is seeking a disciplined Sales Development Representative to drive internal growth and act as an outsourced SDR for its US‑based SaaS, M&A and agency clients. You will manage warm leads, execute personalized outreach, and book discovery calls.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of warm leads generated by outbound systems and convert interest into booked meetings through email and phone outreach.
• Build and manage high‑touch follow‑up sequences, ensuring persistent contact until a discovery call is secured.
• Research prospects using Clay, Apollo and AI tools, tailoring messages based on intent signals such as funding or tech stack changes.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene across Hypergen and client systems.
• Align work schedule with U.S. EST business hours to maximize overlap with target markets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in an SDR or BDR role, preferably in B2B sales or agency environments.
• Native‑level English with flawless written and verbal communication.
• Process‑driven, highly organized, and able to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable handling objections over the phone and managing follow‑up cadences.

Required skills

• Experience with or willingness to learn modern sales tools such as Clay, Apollo and HubSpot.
• Proficiency in using AI‑assisted research and personalization tools.
