About the role
Scalefocus is seeking a top‑notch Senior AI Engineer to guide clients through design, architecture, estimation, and delivery of AI‑enabled systems. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, bridging low‑code tools and custom Python solutions to create measurable outcomes for regulated industries.
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in a similar AI engineering role.
- Strong communicator able to share learnings and influence company‑wide AI practices.
- Pragmatic mindset, knowing when out‑of‑the‑box solutions beat custom development.
Required skills
- Azure AI Foundry (primary).
- Microsoft Azure stack (Fabric Agents, Copilot Studio – secondary/nice‑to‑have).
- Python programming (sufficient to extend low‑code solutions).
- Working knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph.
