Senior CRO Manager – Growth Optimization Lead

About the role

Ruby Labs is building a category‑defining document management platform and needs a Senior CRO Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and scaling. You will own the full optimization loop, from deep funnel analysis to hypothesis generation, design, testing, and rollout, impacting acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end optimization cycles: research, hypothesis, design, test, rollout, keeping cycles short.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate research, ideation, design, analysis, and documentation.
• Perform deep funnel and product analysis across the full user journey and competitive benchmarking.
• Design high‑fidelity wireframes and visual specs in Next.js and TailwindCSS, ensuring brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers for flawless test implementation and rapid deployment.
• Analyze results with statistical rigor, make scaling decisions, and document learnings.
• Maintain a prioritized testing roadmap and present insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on CRO experience with documented performance lifts, preferably in subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Full‑funnel and product thinking beyond landing‑page optimisation.
• AI‑native workflow: actively integrate AI prompting, prototyping, and analysis.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility and ability to create detailed visual specs.
• Bias for shipping: prefer rapid, well‑designed tests over perfect but delayed ones.
• Analytical depth with tools such as Mixpanel, GrowthBook, or Google Analytics.
• Excellent execution, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Fluent English, both written and verbal.
