Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

DesignRush is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead high‑impact email campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows. The role focuses on driving engagement, conversions, and qualified leads through data‑driven strategies while working remotely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end newsletter production in Klaviyo for both sponsored and editorial series.
• Build and maintain email lifecycle automations such as onboarding, dormant reactivation, and post‑action follow‑ups.
• Audit and fix existing infrastructure, including form connections, bounce classification, unsubscribe models, and list hygiene.
• Segment and grow agency and brand audience lists, ensuring GDPR, CAN‑SPAM, and other regulatory compliance.
• Create daily newsletter copy in collaboration with design and marketing departments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of email marketing experience, preferably in B2B or agency environments.
• Proven success building revenue‑generating email funnels with upsell or retention mechanics.
• Fluent written and spoken English with strong copy instincts.
• Availability to work between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. ET.
