Senior Engineer II – Multi‑System Integration Technical Lead

About the role

As the Technical Execution Lead, you will own the technical content of customer projects, ensuring that performance, quality, cost and schedule targets are met in line with contract specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a multi‑disciplinary technical team across sites and countries, acting as the single point of contact for all technical matters.
• Approve basic and detailed designs, monitor technical costs, and ensure delivery according to project plans.
• Manage technical risks, interfaces, and changes, working closely with the Project Manager to secure variation orders when needed.
• Lead design, implementation, testing and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for integrated solutions.
• Conduct technical discussions with customers and obtain final approval of the delivered solution.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading technical scopes of projects in one or more engineering domains (Power, Automation, Software, Telecom, IT, Cyber‑Security, Mechanical, HVAC, Structural).
• Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to lead remote and functional technical teams and to communicate complex technical issues concisely.

Required skills

• Technical design and specification using Schneider Electric product portfolio.
• Project risk and change management.
• Coordination of subcontracted technical work.
• Understanding of relevant standards and quality processes (CPP, TDP).
