Senior Frontend Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join CURRENT’s cloud‑based EV‑charging platform. You will help create user‑friendly, scalable web applications that support a growing European market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain large‑scale Angular applications with a focus on performance, security and scalability.
• Collaborate with the development team to design reusable components and libraries.
• Write clean, well‑tested code and ensure high automated test coverage.
• Participate in planning and implementing new e‑mobility charging features.
• Contribute to pan‑European projects funded by EU programmes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of professional web development experience, preferably with large‑scale Angular applications.
• Strong understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns and software architecture.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Angular (standalone components, Signals, DI, routing, forms)
• TypeScript, HTML5, CSS/SCSS, responsive design
• RxJS and reactive programming
• Angular Material or similar UI libraries
• Unit and integration testing, Git, CI/CD pipelines
• REST API integration, UX/UI principles, Design Systems
• Nice‑to‑have: Nx monorepos, Ionic/Capacitor, WebSockets, performance optimisation, legacy code maintenance
