Senior Full Stack Engineer (Architecture & AI‑Driven Development)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver end‑to‑end technical solutions that align with business needs. You will translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture, drive architectural discussions, and contribute to our long‑term technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Design, evolve, and optimise microservices‑based systems, selecting appropriate technologies, frameworks and data storage solutions.
• Define and implement APIs and integration patterns across distributed systems while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify risks and propose effective solutions.
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from discovery and design to deployment and support—and drive continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Perform hands‑on development on both frontend and backend when needed and promote engineering excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality and enhance productivity.

Required profile

• 8+ years of full‑stack software development experience with a strong understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices‑based solutions and making technology/platform decisions.
• Analytical mindset able to challenge assumptions, identify optimal solutions and work autonomously in evolving environments.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Backend languages: Go (Golang), Python, Ruby.
• Frontend technologies: Angular, JavaScript.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, NoSQL and document‑oriented databases.
• Microservices architecture, API design and integration patterns.
• AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).
• Modern engineering toolchain: GitLab, Jira, Confluence.
